Fuel Delivery Plans

We're not happy about

high energy prices either.

We know high energy prices are a burden to you... they are to us as well. This year’s heating season is shaping up to be a challenge for all of us. We understand the general perception is that companies like Mirabito generate more profits from higher energy prices. The reality is much different. Just like you, our costs have been rising, including the cost to purchase the products we sell, transportation cost to our storage facilities, and delivery cost to our customers.

We pass only a fraction of these increases along to you. And, unlike many energy companies, we continue to offer our customers several options and budget plans to help ease the burden. However, volatility in the energy market has forced us to institute some changes this year.

What’s new this year?

There are several things customers should be made aware of that are different from previous years.

1. Price Plans are effective September 1, 2008 through April 30, 2009.

2. You will not receive a Price Plan in the mail to renew. You must call. We offer a variety of purchasing options for home heating fuel.

Please read carefully the various plans available (open the Price Protection Plan PDF file above).

For questions or to renew your current contract, you must call our Toll Free number at 1-877-561-2614. We ask our customers to be patient when calling as there could be some delays due to an expected high volume of calls.

3. We are introducing a non-refundable Price Protection Fee for Cap Plan Programs only. What is a Price Protection Fee? It is a fee Mirabito must pay our suppliers in order to guarantee a customer’s Cap Price for the heating season. In order for us to be able to offer Cap Plans to our customers, this fee must be included in our Cap Plans. The non-refundable Price Protection Fee can be paid in one sum for either the Prepay Cap or the Budget Cap Plan when your contract is renewed, or in the case of a Budget Cap Plan, it

can be added to your monthly payment. PLEASE NOTE: Your initial budget payment will first be applied towards payment of your non-refundable Price Protection Fee. For more information about the non-refundable Price Protection Fee.

Call our Toll Free number at 1-877-561-2614

4. Financing is available this year. We have made special arrangements with several financial institutions to make financing available to qualified Mirabito customers. For more information about financing call Toll Free at 1-877-561-2614

and ask for Debbie Wright in our Payment Program Dept.

5. Volatility in the energy market may result in daily price fluctuations, with the possibility of several price changes in a single day. Customers must call our Toll Free number at 1-877-561-2614 to establish their program price. Customers should understand that Mirabito has no control over energy market fluctuations. Our prices are determined by the commodity markets.

6. We will be extending our phone hours so we can help our customers with questions and contract renewals. From July 1 to August 31, 2008 our extended phone hours are: Monday thru Friday - 8:00am to 7:00pm.

Fixed Prepay Plan*

PLAN DESCRIPTION:

You purchase “X” number of gallons at the Fixed Prepay Price at the

time your contract is established. Your fixed price remains in effect

for the number of gallons purchased until all gallons are delivered or

the contract date is reached, whichever comes first. Your Fixed

Prepay payment is non-refundable.

ADVANTAGES:

Your price is guaranteed to remain

the same, throughout the term of your

contract... never higher, never lower.

DISADVANTAGES:

If the price falls, you are not

eligible for the lower price.

Cannot budget payments.

Prepay Cap Plan*

PLAN DESCRIPTION:

You purchase “X” number of gallons at the Prepay Cap Price at the

time your contract is in effect. That price is the maximum price you

will pay during the term of the contract. However, should the

Mirabito posted market rate price be lower than your contract Prepay

Cap Price on the day of your delivery, you will pay the lower price.

That’s why we say, “You could pay less, but you’ll never pay more.” The

Prepay Cap Plan includes a non-refundable Price Protection Fee, due

upon remittance of contract.

ADVANTAGES:

You will never pay more than your contract

Cap Price, even if the price goes higher. If

the market price on a particular delivery is

less than your Cap Price, you will pay the

lower price.

DISADVANTAGES:

Cannot budget payments. Plan

includes an additional non-refundable

Price Protection Fee.

Budget Cap Plan*

PLAN DESCRIPTION:

We estimate the number of gallons you will use based on your previous

usage. Your Cap Price is established at the time your contract is

signed. The Budget Cap Plan also includes a non-refundable Price

Protection Fee. We then budget eleven equal monthly payments

(which can include the non-refundable Price Protection Fee) based on

the estimated season cost. PLEASE NOTE: Your initial budget payment

will first be applied towards payment of your non-refundable Price

Protection Fee. The Budget Cap Price is the maximum price per gallon

you will pay during the term of the contract. Should the Mirabito

posted market rate price be lower than your contract Budget Cap

Price on the day of your delivery, you will pay the lower price. That’s

why we say, “You could pay less, but you’ll never pay more.”

ADVANTAGES:

You will never pay more than your

contract Cap Price, even if the price goes

higher. If the price on a particular delivery

is less than your Cap Price, you will pay the

lower price. You do not have to purchase

your fuel for the season at one time. Costs

are budgeted over 11 equal monthly payments.

Includes automatic deliveries based

on past usage and climate conditions.

DISADVANTAGES:

Higher price per gallon than the

Prepay Cap Price. Plan includes an

additional non-refundable Price

Protection Fee which will be paid

with your first budget payment.

Market Rate Budget Plan*

PLAN DESCRIPTION:

We estimate the number of gallons you will use based on your

previous usage. We budget eleven monthly payments based on the

estimated season cost and an estimated average market rate price.

Existing budget customers not signing up for the Budget Cap Plan will

be automatically enrolled in this plan.

ADVANTAGES:

Estimated seasons fuel cost will be budgeted

over 11 monthly payments. No nonrefundable

Price Protection Fee.

DISADVANTAGES:

No price protection.

Market Rate Delivery

DESCRIPTION:

You call when you need fuel. The price per gallon will be the Mirabito

posted market rate price at the time of any particular delivery you

receive.

ADVANTAGES:

Do not have to purchase your fuel for the

season at one time. No non-refundable

Price Protection Fee.

DISADVANTAGES:

No price protection. Price per

gallon is determined by the market

price at the time of delivery.
