James' eldest son, Thomas, opens the second branch of the business in Sidney, N.Y., by purchasing H.M. Bloxham Coal and Feed Company on Clinton Street in Sidney. |

James Mirabito signs a Distributor Agreement with Atlantic Richfield (ARCO) to sell home heating oil in the City of Norwich, Sidney, and the surrounding area. |

In March, James Mirabito's four sons (Thomas, Rosario, Angelo, and Anthony) assume ownership of the company and incorporate the company as James Mirabito & Sons, Inc. |

Mirabito purchases the Mobil Oil Co. bulk oil terminal located on Cartwright Avenue in Sidney and becomes a Mobil home heating oil distributor.

1961 thru 1981
An asphalt plant, motor fuels, motor fuel keylock & cardlock systems, lubricants, and Golden Valley Sports Camp in Unadilla are added to the business. The feed portion of the company is sold, and fuel oil companies in Afton, Bainbridge, Unadilla, Franklin, and Greene are acquired.

Mirabito purchases their first convenience store in Oxford, N.Y., and selects the name Quickway Food Stores to be their retail moniker. |

With the purchase of Savory Energy and the Chevron terminal in Vestal, N.Y., Mirabito's wholesale growth and convenience store expansion are accelerated. |

of the third generation of the family (aka
"The Pepsi Generation"). Also, the company

Mirabito establishes a partnership with Angus Energy Partners, LLC, to provide customized supply and hedging services to petroleum marketers througout the U.S. Also, Mirabito enters into a marketing alliance with ValueCentric Marketing Group (VCMG) to develop a loyalty and rewards program for its customers. |
